SERVER RULES
The Obvious
No Cheats / Hacks / Client Mods That Offer An Advantage
Anyone caught using client-side mods in order to cheat or gain an advantage will be banned permanently.
This includes, but not limited to X-ray, fly-mod, sun-mod, highlight-mod, etc...
If you are unsure of a client-side mod, please ask before using it. The use of any glitches including duping bugs are not allowed.
1: Preserve the natural landscape.
Structures on the server are to look natural, like it's meant to be.
Examples of what we don't want:- Floating objects or things that just look impossible.
If you build a stack so you can reach something, remove the stack afterwards. We'll call it "good housekeeping". The only exception to this is stacks of scaffolding.
Do not grief the landscape. Repair it.
Bridges over rivers must be built with at least a two block gap between the bottom of the bridge and the surface to allow passage.
Don't be greedy. You do not need huge farms with enough resources to supply an army. Just make what you need. I don't mind a machine that will make a copper cable in a few seconds, you just don't need 20 of them.
This kind of behavior puts a lot of stress on the server and it is not fair for the many to suffer for the few.
Whenever possible, you must try to cut down the whole tree so as not to leave any unnatural looking floating-foliage.
2: No destroying other player's builds/stealing/griefing.
I also understand accidents happen. If you do damage/dig into another players build, repair it.
3: Build away from others & no mining other people's mines.
Obviously, this rule is twofold.
Firstly, please think about where and what you want to build, it might upset someone who has already built close by. This is within reason, of course - I don't think anyone would mind you building a log cabin near their own house, but maybe a giant cobblestone eyesore wouldn't be the best of neighbourly builds. Please err on the side of caution and try to be considerate to others on the server before building large structures.
Secondly, some players on the server have found/made their own mines. Please do not mine someone else's mine without permission to dig for resources. There are plenty of other caves to explore and mine in the area too. Rule of thumb on this one: if the area is lit, it belongs to someone else.
4: No "always on" Redstone Clocks, Timers and Sequencers
Redstone circuitry puts a lot of stress on the server.
Timers and Sequencers must be set above one second. Preferably two seconds.
Alternative clever setups using Online player detector are reccomended
It's not the time calculation that stresses the server. It's the light updates when they glow.
Illuminating the area well can help. Jacketed cable helps too.
5: No looping cables or pipes.
Lag, lag, laggy, lag. Except where needs for power flow such as BC gold conductive pipes on a quarry receiving via teleport/phased pipe
6: QUARRY
This one is mainly about also preserving the landscape. So ideally setup under ground, under water. in side a hill using landscape torches to a specific size so as not to breach the exterior.
should you , just simply place some related blocks, dirt, etc and maybe a few tree saplings to cover it up.
Quarrys ideally should be capped , use a filler block, just on the top level of it or maby a few levels down and make it a lake .
7: Trees
If you chop down trees for supplies , please have the sense to plant some saplings to replenish.
Doesn't necessarily have to be in the exact same spot just the general area they were in , unless of course you are planning on building a structure there.

Derping is Allowed, But No Herping!
Hey, everyone makes mistakes from time to time, and that's okay! However, consecutively breaking rules on purpose will make me not like you very much, and that would honestly suck.
