And we used to think getting redirected to India after ringing HP or DELL was hard to understand them , this guy is even worse ....lol

I love this scene, in the same episode a bomb-disposal robot running Vista breaks down and upon them ringing the custom support it turns out to be the same guy :P Brilliant show!
